RoboCat: A Nolan Bushnell "MicroPet"

(more information and photos to come)
Found at a Flea Market for $5, RoboCat was adopted by Paul Nagelkerke, who is it's current owner. RoboCat has held many positions, including a post at the National Research Council building (Vancouver) during the summer of 1996.
RoboCat was built by Axlon Ltd., a spin-off company by Atari founder Nolan Bushnell. Other "MicroPet" robots include "Andy", and a talking teddy bear. This is in 1985, long before MicroSoft's "Interactive Barney".
RoboCat is cute, gets along well with children, plays with other cats, and really, really scares dogs! Feeding was a bit of a problem, using six alkaline D-cells in four weeks of playing. But now with rechargeable alkaline cells from EverReady, feeding is not a problem.
